Show us your grooviest moves in celebration of PhillyCAM’s 15th Anniversary! The vibe? Classic TV dance shows – think Bandstand, Soul Train, and Dancin’ on Air.

This fundraiser event is in celebration of our 15th anniversary and supports the continuation of independent media that sets trends, focuses on community, and generates innovation.

Our event includes a $15 suggested donation in support of independent and community media.

Community Media Today is a TV show that features diverse expressions of collaborative media making through the lens of Philly's impactful local organizations Scribe Video Center, Little Filmmakers, Resolve Philly, Philadelphia Association of Black Journalists, and G-Town Radio . Telling Our Stories Exhibit & Panel

Art in City Hall presents Telling Our Stories: Celebrating 15 Years of Public Access Television in Philadelphia, an exhibit organized in honor of PhillyCAM’s 15th anniversary.

This curated collection of still and moving images tells the story of the people who have come together to make PhillyCAM a vibrant community hub and essential part of Philadelphia;s media arts ecosystem. 

The exhibit shows how Philadelphia-based media makers have used PhillyCAM’s noncommercial, community-funded resources to represent diverse perspectives, build community power, address social problems, explore imaginative visions, and pursue professional careers in media. The Telling Our Stories exhibit is featured in display cases on the fourth floor of City Hall near City Council.

People Power Forum
