PhillyCAM Voices: Addressing Care and Trauma Through Community News Reporting

How do community journalists approach their work through a lens of care?
How can community reporting offer a more caring approach to journalism and storytelling?
How do journalists center the well being of their storytellers and their communities, ensuring the news they tell can be a path toward healing and does not cause further trauma.

We’ll explore these questions through a special Voices program featuring representatives from Kensington Voice, Germantown Info Hub and PhillyCAM.

This will be a live conversation hosted via the virtual StreamYard platform and cablecast live to PhillyCAM’s television channel and streamed on Facebook.
